Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform or enrolling in our courses. By accessing Sparkle Learn Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Enrollment and Admission

Admission to Sparkle's specialized programs (Medical Science, Management, and Certifications) is based on the eligibility criteria specified for each course. Applicants must provide valid documentation of their educational background. Sparkle reserves the right to cancel enrollment if any provided information is found to be fraudulent.

2. Course Fees and Payments

Fees must be paid according to the selected plan (Upfront or Installment). All fees are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Enrollment is confirmed only after the successful receipt of the initial payment. Delayed payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and clinical training.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Students may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided course materials or clinical resources have not been accessed. A nominal processing fee will be deducted for all refunds. Refund requests after 7 days or after the start of practical sessions will not be entertained.

4. Professional Conduct and Clinical Ethics

For students enrolled in Medical Science courses involving clinical rotations, adherence to hospital protocols and medical ethics is mandatory. Any breach of patient confidentiality or professional misconduct in a partner facility will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, documents, laboratory manuals, and research materials, are the property of Sparkle Learn Platform. Students are granted a non-transferable license to use these for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Sparkle ensures the highest quality of education and placement support, we do not guarantee employment. The career outcomes mentioned are indicative based on industry trends and alumni performance. Practical training involves inherent risks, and students must follow all safety guidelines.

7. Academic Policies

Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance for theory classes and 90% for clinical/practical sessions. Students falling below these thresholds may not be eligible for examinations or certification. All programs include periodic assessments, mid-term evaluations, and a final examination. Academic dishonesty in any form will result in disciplinary action.

8. Code of Conduct

All students, faculty, and staff are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, possession of prohibited substances on campus, damage to property, and unauthorized recording of lectures are strictly prohibited. Violations will be reviewed by the disciplinary committee and may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion.

9. Privacy & Data

By enrolling, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for enrollment processing, academic administration, placement assistance, and compliance with legal requirements. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

10. Amendments

Sparkle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email and posted on our website. Continued enrollment or use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, at least 30 days advance notice will be provided.
